Process
How the Rankings Work
Six defined stages turn eligible evidence into an annual category ranking. Each stage has a distinct purpose and record.
- 01
Research
Eligible properties are identified through nominations, public information, sector research, and category review.
- 02
Reputation analysis
Relevant public ratings and feedback are reviewed as a dated snapshot, subject to availability and integrity checks.
- 03
Evaluation
Evidence is assessed against the five published pillars and the requirements of the relevant category.
- 04
Scoring
Valid evidence is converted into a weighted score out of 100 using the published framework.
- 05
Ranking
Eligible properties are ordered within their category and edition, subject to verification and integrity review.
- 06
Publication
Rankings are published with edition, category, location, methodology, and correction information.
